Meat and Seafood

Although many restaurants across the Highlands will use locally sourced meat and seafood, there are certain villages and towns which are particularly known for serving local produce.

The most famous is Oban, on the West Highland Line, which is known as the seafood capital of Scotland. Here we have drawn together those destinations, as well as establishments which specialise in meat and/or seafood cuisine.
